Does the watch come with a strap?

A watch that you select from our product page will consist of the watch face and the respective strap.

You can purchase additional straps in our shop.

 

When will I receive my order?

We aim to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.

Once your order is successfully submitted, the warehouse then processes your order the following business day. It is then picked, packed, and dispatched.

You should receive your order 3-5 business days (Europe) / 5-8 business days (Other parts of the world) thereafter. Packages are not transported on weekends and local public holidays.

Kindly note that the estimated delivery times (3-5 business days (Europe) / 5-8 business days (Other parts of the world)) are estimates and may vary due to external factors outside of Wallace Hume’s, and its courier’s, control.

These factors may include, but are not limited to, extreme weather conditions, technical failures, customs delays, etc.

Additionally, please note that during periods of promotional campaigns, delivery times may be longer than usual.

From where are your products shipped?

All our orders are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands.

What is your exchange policy?

You have the right to exchange any/all products you have purchased directly from our website within 30 days of receiving the item.

The product(s) must be unused – in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact – and still in the same new condition as when the watch was received.

A product may only be exchanged for a product of the same, or lesser, value. If you wish to exchange for a more expensive product, a return must be made and we will issue a full refund. You are able to place a new order for the correct item at your own convenience.

Products purchased directly from our website must be returned to our warehouse for an exchange to be made; product(s) cannot be exchanged in a local retail store.

Kindly note that you may be subject for the shipping expenses in returning this package to us, however, Wallace Hume will cover the shipping costs when shipping the exchanged item to you.

Wallace Hume does not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.

What is your return policy?

You  have the right to return any/all products you have purchased directly from our website within the trial period of 14 days after receiving the product(s).

The product(s) must be unused – in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact – and still in the same new condition as when the watch was received.

Products purchased directly from our website must be returned to our warehouse for a return and full refund to be made; product(s) cannot be returned in a local retail store.

Kindly note that you may be subject for the shipping expenses in returning this package to us.

How do I exchange my order?

If you wish to exchange your order, please contact us; we will be happy to provide you with further instructions.

Is my watch waterproof?

The water resistance of a Wallace Hume watch is 3ATM. This means the watch is splash resistant. Ok for rain, hand washing and other occasional contact with water.

Kindly note that water damage is not covered under the 24-month warranty.

Can I wash my perlon strap?

Always remove the watch face from the perlon strap. Use lukewarm water together with soap and gently brush the wristband. Leave it to dry flat on a towel.

What sizes do Wallace Hume watches come in?

All measurements listed below are in millimetres (mm) and reflect the timepiece’s diameter.

What is not covered in the warranty?

The Wallace Hume Warranty does not cover:

  • Defects and damages due to loss, theft, fire, water, or a natural disaster
  • Failure or damage caused by improper use, carelessness (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal/glass, etc.), or accidents
  • Failure or damage caused by unjustifiable repair or modification
  • Esthetical changes, defects, and damages due to normal wear and tear and aging (e.g. minor scratches on the case and/or crystal, altercation of the watchband and peeling of the plating, etc.)
  • Battery, wristband, crown, or crystal/glass
  • Watches where the serial number is missing or has been erased, altered, falsified, replaced, defaced, or made illegible.

If purchasing from e-commerce platforms such as eBay and Groupon or an unauthorized third party vendor on Amazon, there is a risk of receiving a timepiece that is counterfeit, used or defective.

Wallace Hume does not honor any warranty claims that are not accompanied by the original documentation. To obtain a repair or replacement under this limited warranty, you must ensure that the authorized retailer, from where the timepiece was purchased, has appropriately filled in the warranty card.

How long is the battery life of my watch?

Batteries fitted in our watches are expected to last between 2 to 3 years depending on external factors such as, but not limited to: external temperature, humidity, air pressure, etc.

How do I get my Wallace Hume watch repaired?

If you purchased your timepiece directly from our website, and feel it is a matter of warranty, kindly contact us and we will assist you, directly, to the best of our ability.
